Charlène Hodin

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing informatics and clinical documentation. Currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente since April 2003, Charlene specializes in clinical documentation and leads care planning and patient bedside education initiatives. Prior roles include Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where implementation of the A4 Healthmatics ED application was achieved, and Senior Business Consultant for Convergent Medical Terminology at Kaiser Permanente, modeling clinical concepts for medical terminology systems. Charlene began as a staff nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Academically, Charlene earned a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
