Charlie Barton, PMP, is currently a Process Engineer at Amazon FBA, where they identify and implement systemic solutions through automation and process changes. With over a decade of experience in program and project management, Charlie has demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams and developing training materials to facilitate organizational change. Previously, they served in various roles within the US Navy, including Operations Director and Electronics Division Manager, where they managed substantial budgets and personnel while ensuring operational readiness. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of Washington and an Associate of Arts from Olympic College.
