Charlie Chen is a highly experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in leadership and design. Currently serving as a Sr. Microwave Design Engineer at Amazon, Charlie has held significant roles such as CEO and GM at Orange Squares Network Technology, and CEO and Consultant at Sunchip RF. Prior experience includes Sr. Director of Engineering at AchernarTek Inc. and Sr. Manager of Systems Engineering at MaxLinear. Charlie holds a PhD in D. ENG from Tsinghua University and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Microwave Circuit CAD from Beijing Institute of Technology.
