Previously, they served as Senior Marketing Manager for Amazon Devices and held various roles in the Cheshire Police Special Constabulary, culminating in the position of Chief Inspector. Charlie also gained extensive marketing experience in the grocery sector at Asda, focusing on Fresh Produce and category management. They hold a First Class Honours degree in Retail Marketing Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
