Chelsea Forehand is currently the Sr. Manager of Worldwide Associate Onboarding Experience at Amazon, having previously held multiple roles within the company, including Sr. Learning Business Partner and Sr. Learning Program Manager. Prior to their extensive experience at Amazon, Chelsea completed several human resources internships at companies such as FCCI Insurance Group and SumTotal Systems, and earned an M.A. in International Business from the University of Florida. Chelsea also holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business.
