Chengwei Su

Chengwei (Ethan) Su is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in machine learning and applied science. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Applied Science at Amazon, they lead teams in Generative AI innovation, particularly within the Amazon AGI organization. Previously, Chengwei held positions including Machine Learning Scientist II and Applied Science Manager III at Amazon, and was a Research Assistant at Dartmouth College, where they contributed to a significant NIH-funded cancer research project. Their academic accomplishments include being recognized on the Dean's List and participation in the highly selective Data Incubator program.
