Chinghang Chen has extensive experience in applied science, particularly in computer vision and machine learning. Since February 2017, Chinghang has been a Senior Applied Scientist at Amazon, focusing on audio-driven human face generation, face and body synthesis, object detection, 3D human pose estimation, 3D object and scene reconstruction, and neural architecture search. Prior to that role, Chinghang worked as an Applied Scientist at Carnegie Mellon University, where research included 3D human pose estimation, user behavior analysis using voice and gestures, and various photometric techniques. Other roles include Software Engineer at Amazon Lab126, Research Assistant at Academia Sinica focusing on unsupervised learning, and Senior Hardware R&D Engineer at ASUS, contributing to innovative hardware solutions.
