Chirayu Tripathi

Chirayu Tripathi is an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with a strong focus on applying advanced models to healthcare challenges. At UF Health, significant contributions included developing graph neural networks for drug repurposing and utilizing transformer models to extract social determinants of health from clinical notes, both enhancing predictive accuracy and addressing bias in medical algorithms. Previous experience at ZkAGI involved personalizing email marketing using GPT-3, resulting in improved engagement metrics, and developing a SaaS product recommender engine. With a solid educational background, including a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Technology from Medi-Caps University, Chirayu has also held roles at Autosurf as a Contributor and AI Advisor, and currently holds positions as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon and a Data Scientist at Revscale AI.
