Chris Burke is a seasoned IT professional with a career that spans various roles in network engineering, operations, technical support, and data analysis within the healthcare, e-commerce, and telecommunications sectors. They served as a Wireless Network Engineer at Amazon from 2021 to 2023, where they led significant product initiatives and streamlined processes for logistics facilities. Prior to Amazon, Chris worked at Comcast as a Network Engineer III, focusing on enhancing the customer experience for millions of public WiFi users. They also developed and maintained the enterprise network infrastructure at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia from 2001 to 2016, effectively collaborating with clinicians to translate user needs into technical solutions.
