Chris DeCou, PhD, is currently the Director of Amazon Health Benefits, after serving as Principal in Behavioral Health Strategy at Amazon. With extensive experience in global behavioral health, Chris has held roles such as Director and Senior Manager in the same field. Chris completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology and a Master of Science at Idaho State University, and also served as an Affiliate Assistant Professor and Acting Assistant Professor during their time at the University of Washington. Prior to this, Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Alaska Fairbanks and completed certification as a Peace Officer at the Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center.
