Chris Horvat is a Learning Experience Design leader with over 30 years of global impact across Amazon, AWS, and various organizations. Currently, Chris serves as the Manager of Learning Experience Design at Amazon, leading a team dedicated to enhancing the employee experience. Previously, Chris held roles as an Instructional Designer and Facilitator at UARCO, Inc., a Learning Performance Consultant at Hewitt Associates, and an Independent Consultant, among others. Chris has contributed to the development and implementation of innovative training programs throughout their career, including consulting for performance improvements in human resources. Chris is pursuing a BS in Marketing with a Minor in Communications at Northern Illinois University.
