Chris Rabiyan, CPM® and LEED Green Associate, has extensive experience in asset and property management, including significant roles at Amazon from 2016 to 2019. In various senior asset manager positions, Chris onboarded and trained teams across over 500 operational sites in North America and developed global asset management processes for multiple regions. Prior experience spans several property management roles at organizations such as BioMed Realty Trust, Inc. and Colliers-International. Chris earned multiple degrees from the University of Redlands, including an MBA in Finance.
