Christopher Rosett

Christopher Rosett serves as the Director of People Analytics, Technology, and Operations Excellence for North American Operations at Amazon, where responsibilities include supporting HR technology, data, reporting, and analytics for the North American fulfillment network. Prior to this role, Christopher held multiple leadership positions at Comcast, including Senior Director of Business Impact and Results, where efforts focused on enhancing analytical capabilities for the Learning and Development function, and Senior Director of HR Analytics and Reporting. Earlier experience includes a consulting role at Verizon, developing HR strategy and analytics for a large employee base, and a position at PepsiCo aimed at expanding R&D capabilities through talent management. Christopher holds a B.S. in Psychology and Theology from the University of Scranton and an M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Iona University.
