Christopher Sands

Christopher Sands is an accomplished Instock Manager at Amazon, where they are responsible for managing inventory availability and health at all nine Chicagoland Amazon Fresh stores. Previously, Christopher served as a Slotting/Quality Area Manager II, leading successful inventory reorganization projects. They also held the position of Director of Operations and Strategy at Eat Enterprises, driving efficiency improvements that increased profit margins and reduced production errors significantly. As the owner of Hot Spot Inc., Christopher developed a successful business model that expanded to four locations and fostered strong customer relationships. Christopher holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Moraine Valley Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Analytics from Governors State University.
