Starting as a Cast at The Disney Store from 2003 to 2006, Claire transitioned into technical recruitment roles, first at Solutions Driven from 2006 to 2007 as an Executive Recruiter, followed by a role at Pleinert and Partner from 2007 to 2011 as a Technical Recruiter, specializing in IT candidates for various organizations.
