Clare Hoad

Clare Hoad is a strategic HR leader with global experience in designing and implementing transformative people strategies. Currently serving as a Senior HR Manager at Amazon, Clare oversees the strategic people initiatives for multiple Customer Fulfilment sites in the South West, supporting over 6,000 employees. Prior to this role, Clare held various HR positions at organizations including bp, where they partnered with senior leaders to drive transformation and develop comprehensive people strategies, and Lloyds Banking Group, focusing on strategic change. Clare began their career as an HR Officer at Standard Bank Group and holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Nottingham Trent University.
