Clark Powers

Clark Powers is a seasoned professional in talent development and operational training with extensive experience in the retail and grocery sectors. They began their career at JCC Austin and progressed through various roles at Amazon, ultimately becoming the Head of Learning and Development at Amazon Fresh Stores, responsible for national training initiatives. Previously, Clark served as the Director of Talent Development at Save-A-Lot and held several key positions at Lidl US, focused on building development programs for store management. Currently, Clark is the Senior Manager of Change Enablement for Worldwide Grocery Stores at Amazon, overseeing project management and change initiatives. They hold a BBA in Supply Chain Management from Texas McCombs School of Business and also studied at the University of Bath.
