Claudia De Mita

Claudia De Mita is a Learning & Development Trainer at Amazon, specializing in the training and coaching of instructors and peer trainers. Previously, Claudia supported library staff at Sapienza Università di Roma as a bibliographic assistant and worked as an instructor for the Core Away Team during the launch of the FCO2 site at Amazon. Claudia has also held roles including Seasonal Trainer, where they supervised training programs and contributed to process improvements.
