They have held various leadership roles, including HR Management and Labour Law at MAN Truck & Bus SE and Corporate Counsel specializing in labor law at IKEA. Claudia’s extensive experience encompasses strategic negotiations, workplace transformations, and a deep understanding of payroll and HR operations. They also completed their legal studies at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg while holding a high school diploma from Hardenberg Gymnasium Fürth. Prior to their roles in corporate law and HR, Claudia took a career break for family reasons from 2014 to 2016.
