Currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience & Business Trends at Amazon, Colin previously held the position of Head of Customer Journey Insight. Prior to Amazon, Colin was the Insight Director at Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc, where they implemented key customer-centric initiatives to enhance long-term sales growth. Colin's career also includes significant roles at Tesco, where they shaped analytics and customer insight to improve marketing strategies. Colin holds a BSc in Maths from The University of Manchester.
