Colin Matteson

Colin Matteson is the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Amazon Leo, where they build and scale talent acquisition initiatives. Previously, they served as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Ring, leading multiple recruiting teams in various engineering and marketing roles. Colin's earlier experience includes positions at zulily and Fresno Pacific University, where they developed recruitment strategies and managed diverse hiring processes. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Harvard University and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Fresno Pacific University.
