Colton Rowe

Colton Rowe is an accomplished program and people manager at Amazon, where they focus on enhancing customer experiences through analytical research and process optimization using Lean Six Sigma. They previously supported various roles within Amazon, including serving as a Cybersecurity Program Manager and launching an HR initiative for a new warehouse. Colton's early career included positions as a consultant for Creative Marketing, a front desk clerk at Washington State University, and a mathematics tutor. They hold a B.A. in Economics with a concentration on Financial Markets from Washington State University. Outside of work, Colton enjoys hiking in the Pacific Northwest and spending time with their family.
