Connor Findlay

Connor Findlay is an experienced professional with a strong background in program management and military operations. Findlay served as a Senior Program Manager at Amazon from June 2022 to September 2022 and transitioned to Ankura as a Senior Associate from March 2023 to October 2023. Prior military experience includes serving as an Operations Officer at Fort Hood, overseeing data analysis for over 90,000 soldiers, and as a Senior Tactician and Battery Trainer, providing advice and training to Air Defense units. Findlay also held the position of Fire Control Platoon Leader, managing $125 million in missile defense equipment. Academically, Findlay holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
