Cory Chance has extensive experience in security and loss prevention, currently serving as the Security & Loss Prevention Cluster Manager for Amazon since November 2020, following roles as Loss Prevention Manager and Loss Prevention Site Lead. Prior to Amazon, Cory held various positions at Target from November 2014 to November 2020, including Executive Team Leader of Assets Protection, where a notable achievement included reducing store shortage by $950,000. Additional accomplishments at Target included 125 external apprehensions as Assets Protection Team Leader and launching a new store location. Earlier in the career, Cory worked as a Life Insurance Agent at One Life America, earning recognition among the top 100 producing agents in North America for Foresters Life Insurance Company in 2014. Cory holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from The University of West Alabama and an Associate of Arts in Biology from Meridian Community College.
