Cristen Baca is currently the President of Maison Wick Inc. and has been serving in this role since 2025. Previously, from 2009 to 2017, they were the Vice President of New Product Development at Ply Gem, leading teams for Simonton Windows. Before that, Cristen worked at Boeing Commercial Airplanes from 2005 to 2009 in various Operations and Engineering leadership roles, and from 2017 to 2020, they held the position of VP of Quality and Process Improvement at MI Windows and Doors. Cristen earned a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering at the University of Washington.
