Daksha Jani is an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with a strong background in the Semiconductor Industry, skilled in quality concepts and failure analysis. They began their career as an Electrical Engineer with Gujarat Electricity Board, where they initiated expansion activities for power distribution facilities from 1988 to 2001. Daksha has held several quality engineering roles at various companies, including Solectron Invotronics, Wellex Corporation, and Linear Technology, before joining Amazon in 2025 as a Sr. Silicon Lab Engineer for Project Kuiper. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
