Damond Thorington

Damond Thorington is a Senior Regional Safety Manager with extensive experience in safety management across both private and public sectors. They have held leadership positions at companies such as Target, Sears Holdings Corporation, and PepsiCo, where they cultivated incident-free environments and implemented successful safety programs. They also served as an Auditor/Investigator for the Maryland Department of Public Safety & Correctional Services and have been recognized as Maryland Employee of the Year. In addition to their professional roles, Thorington contributed as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Phoenix, teaching courses in critical thinking and business ethics. Thorington's military background includes service in the United States Army Reserve, where they were awarded multiple commendations for leadership.
