Dane Carlson

Dane Carlson has extensive experience in compensation management, currently serving as the Director of Global AWS and Advertising Compensation at Amazon, following a previous role as Director of Executive Compensation and G&A Compensation. Additionally, Dane held the position of Principal in Executive Compensation and G&A, collaborating with various departments including HR, Legal, Finance, PR/Public Policy, and Corporate Development. Prior to Amazon, Dane worked as an International Stock Specialist at Starbucks Coffee Company. Dane holds a degree from Washington State University - College of Business and Economics.
