Daniel Bigbee has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources across various organizations, primarily at Amazon, where responsibilities include developing and executing HR strategies for multiple divisions and talent acquisition for eCommerce and specialty hiring. Prior to Amazon, Daniel founded Capability Staffing, which served the IT, Healthcare, and Homecare markets, leading to the successful acquisition of its divisions. Earlier roles include Director of European Operations at TEKsystems, overseeing sales and recruiting operations for the European market, and various leadership positions, managing substantial teams and revenue while implementing development programs for recruiting and sales personnel.
