Daniel Biś

Daniel Biś is an Applied Scientist at Amazon AI, where they develop intelligent conversational agents utilizing state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs). Their work involves employing techniques such as Supervised Fine-Tuning and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback to enhance performance. Previously, Daniel earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Florida State University, focusing on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, particularly in the dynamics of deep neural networks for Natural Language Processing. They also contributed as a Graduate Research Assistant and interned at Samsung R&D Institute Poland, where they built dialogue system components.
