Daniel Cancela, PhD, is an award-winning DEI program manager and occupational health practitioner. They served in various leadership roles within Glamazon at Amazon, including Global President and EMEA Regional Lead, from 2018 to 2024. Daniel also held positions in project management and human resources, gaining valuable experience at companies like Dräger. They received a Bachelor of Science from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and are currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy at Maastricht University.
