Daniel Stepakh

Daniel Stepakh is a program manager specializing in machine learning at AWS, bringing over four years of international experience in HR, program management, and event coordination. They excel in roles that foster employee engagement and leadership development, having organized global conferences and developed mentorship programs. Previously, as an HR program manager at Cru, Daniel achieved significant improvements in employee retention and satisfaction through innovative coaching strategies.
