Darragh Delaney is a Program Manager at Amazon, currently responsible for Change Integration Management and the launch of new products and policies across global support teams. Previously, Darragh served as a Program Manager in the ESR team, managing high-level business escalations and leading process improvements within the Retail sector. Darragh also gained experience as a Technical Account Manager at Amazon and worked as an Outbound Collections Agent with SouthWestern Business Process Services Ltd. Darragh holds a Master of Arts in Medieval to Renaissance English and a Bachelor of Arts in English and History, both from University College Cork.
