Darwin Elcock

Darwin Elcock is a seasoned leader in strategy and executive development, with 15 years of experience managing high-performing teams, including 8 years at Amazon where they held various leadership roles such as General Manager for Amazon Logistics in Eastern Canada. At Amazon, Darwin was responsible for operational execution across a complex delivery network, driving strategic initiatives that enhanced delivery performance and employee engagement. Prior to Amazon, they served as a Generation Engineer at The Barbados Light & Power Co Ltd from 2010 to 2016. Darwin holds an MBA from Cambridge Judge Business School and a B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of the West Indies.
