Dat Lam

Dat Lam is a Senior Manager in Design & Construction Quality Management at Amazon, where they lead teams to enhance the effectiveness of the transportation network in North America and Europe. With over two decades of experience, Dat has previously served as a Junior and Senior Military Officer in the United States Air Force, managing significant budgets and overseeing large teams. Dat has also contributed to the operational success of Target as an Engineering & Facilities Maintenance Operations Manager. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute and a Master’s degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
