Dave Cantwell has extensive experience in human resources, particularly within Amazon, where roles spanned from Full-Time ICQA Associate to Human Resources Manager from 2012 to 2024. Prior to his tenure at Amazon, Dave held various coaching and leadership positions at US Youth Soccer and the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis, contributing to program development and member services. Dave holds a degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis.
