David Besharat

David Besharat is a results-driven leader currently serving as the Regional Learning Manager at Amazon, where they drive learning and development strategies across multiple teams. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Amazon, including Learning & Quality Operations Manager and Area Operations Manager, achieving significant cost savings and operational improvements. Earlier in their career, David managed field operations for Statistics Canada during the 2016 National Census and spent nearly a decade at Starbucks, rising from an hourly employee to Retail Store Manager. They hold an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and an Ontario Secondary School Diploma from Earl Haig Secondary School.
