David Fowler

David Fowler possesses extensive experience in leadership and strategic planning within both military and civilian sectors. As a Future Plans Officer in the US Navy, David developed and implemented maritime security strategies within the NATO framework. Progressing to the role of Commodore for Destroyer Squadron 23, David led operations involving $10 billion in assets and 2,100 personnel, ensuring mission success in complex environments. Additional roles include Director of C4F Maritime Operations Center and Executive Officer for Commander Naval Force Atlantic, where David directed substantial teams to enhance operational readiness across multiple geographical areas. Currently, as a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, David oversees fulfillment center operations for a large team, ensuring efficient package distribution. David holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
