David Hensley

David Hensley is the Principal HRBP for the AWS GenAI Bedrock team at Amazon. Previously, they held various positions in talent management and human resources at Boeing, where they managed executive talent processes and led significant initiatives in diversity and inclusion. David's earlier experiences include consulting for the Administrative Professional and Supervisors Association Union and serving as an EPASS Internship Placement Officer at Michigan State University. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in English/Education and a Master of Human Resource and Labor Relations, both from Michigan State University.
