David Hesford

David Hesford is a senior manager in state and local tax planning, currently employed at Amazon. Previously, David held various positions, including Tax Associate at Sullivan & Worcester LLP and Manager of the Taxpayer Information & Education Unit at the Washington State Department of Revenue. David has also worked as a Tax Policy Manager and Tax Policy Specialist within the same department. Academically, David earned an LL.M. in Taxation and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, as well as a master’s degree from The University of British Columbia and a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
