David Hiscox has extensive experience in quality assurance and operations management within the food industry. At Crescent from September 2017 to September 2020, David held multiple roles, including Site General Manager, Quality Manager, and Operations Manager. Prior to that, David worked at Amazon briefly in late 2024 as a Sr. Policy Expert focusing on safety and compliance related to food safety. David's earlier experience includes serving as QA & Regulatory Supervisor at SensoryEffects from October 2011 to December 2014, where oversight of the company's SQF and HACCP programs was a key responsibility. David started his career at Kraft Foods Group in QA/QC systems from August 2009 to October 2011. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville, obtained between 2003 and 2008.
