David Howarth

David Howarth is a Senior Manager of Economic Policy and Regulation Aus/NZ at Amazon, specializing in competition and consumer law with over twenty years of experience across private, government, and community sectors. In previous roles, David led investigations at the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, served as Legal Counsel in the Commonwealth Attorney-General's Department, and advised on policies for consumer organization CHOICE.
