They served as General Manager at Canadian Tire, overseeing multiple locations, and held significant roles at Target, where they were recognized for turning around underperforming stores and leading large teams in diverse regions. In their current position as Director of Last Mile Distribution at Amazon, they manage a high-performing team focused on operational excellence and safety in logistics.
