Dean Benson

Dean Benson is a Technical Training Manager at Amazon, where they oversee a technical training center and a team of trainers while ensuring training compliance for maintenance teams. Previously, Dean held key positions in facilities maintenance management at companies such as Fresh & Easy and Metropolitan Provisions, managing substantial operations and staff. Dean also owned Neighborhood Cyclery, a bike shop serving the Inland Empire. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from California Baptist University and are currently pursuing additional studies in Business Administration and Social and Behavioral Studies at Riverside City College.
