Debojit Das

Debojit Das is an experienced software development engineer with a strong background in building and scaling technology solutions. Currently serving as SDE 2 at Amazon since September 2025, Debojit previously held the same position at LimeChat, where key achievements included leading a team to develop an automated sales/support chatbot platform with impressive uptime and significantly reducing product search latency. Prior to LimeChat, Debojit served as SDE 1, developing custom integrations that enhanced automation and customer satisfaction. Debojit’s research experience includes working at the Machine Learning Lab at IIIT-H, contributing to papers on reinforcement learning and GANs. Debojit holds a B.Tech and MS in Computer Science from the International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad and has prior research experience and internships at VLEAD and Tata Group.
