Deborah Jacobs

Deborah (Debbie) Jacobs is a Principal Manager of US Leave and Disability Compliance at Amazon, bringing over 30 years of experience in Disability Management. They have served on various boards, including as a current Board member and Secretary of the National Disability Management Employer's Coalition, and have held significant roles such as Vice President and past President of the Southern California Chapter of the Disability Management Employer Coalition. Previously, they worked at Southern California Edison, where they led disability management initiatives and vendor partnerships. Jacobs holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from UC Irvine.
