Deepa Shetty

Deepa Shetty is currently a Talent Acquisition Leader at Amazon Delivery Centre India, where they lead various processes and initiatives, including engagement and retention for the Financial Services Business. Previously, Deepa held leadership roles in Human Resources at Accenture from 2006 to 2022, focusing on campus strategy, recruitment automation, and inclusion and diversity. Deepa began their career as an HR Executive at Dewdrop Career Solutions from 2004 to 2006 and earned an MBA in HR from IBMR Business School during that time. They studied at St Joseph Convent and continue to build on their extensive experience in the HR sector.
