Deniz Caymaz has extensive experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management, having held various positions across multiple prestigious organizations. Starting as an HSE Engineer with STFA Construction Group, followed by roles at Gama Power Systems and Tekfen Construction, Deniz has consistently demonstrated leadership in HSE initiatives. Notable accomplishments include achieving 5 million safe man-hours with zero Lost Time Incidents (LTI) during the TANAP Project while serving as Lead HS Specialist. Subsequent roles include QHSE Deputy Manager at Webuild, SSH&E Manager with Sicim, and current positions as Country HSE Lead at Baker Hughes and RME-WHS Project Manager at Amazon. Deniz holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Safety from Marmara University and a Licentiate degree in Environmental Engineering from Niğde University.
