Derek Sparks is an experienced Regional Director of Operations with a strong background in leading large-scale teams. They possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Operations from Vanderbilt University and have a proven track record in operations management, process improvement, and employee engagement. With extensive experience at Amazon and Wayfair, as well as service as a Captain in the US Army, they are skilled in driving continuous improvement and building high-performance teams. Currently, they hold the position of Director/Regional Director of Operations at Amazon.
