Devin Knickerbocker

Devin Knickerbocker is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in corporate law and payments, currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Amazon since October 2022. Previously, Devin held the position of Corporate Counsel at Amazon from August 2019 to October 2022 and gained valuable experience as a Judicial Intern at the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico in 2011. In addition, Devin contributed as a Managing Editor for the Northwestern University Law Review from February 2012 to June 2013 and completed a Summer Associate position at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates in mid-2012. Early in the career, Devin worked at Brighton Jones as both a Client Service Associate and Planner from December 2007 to November 2009, and served as a Legal Secondee at Criteo focusing on Corporate, M&A, and Securities from January 2018 to May 2018. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Dartmouth College and a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law.
